Apply 2-3 pumps to the face in the morning and evening before moisturiser
Hydrate (48g) -am ideal but can be used during day or as needed
Use before daily SPF

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
Reapply at least every 2 hour
