OBAGI Obagi-C Balancing Toner Normal to Oily

This unique alcohol-free, non drying toner works to restore the skin’s natural pH balance so that the skin has just the right amount of oil to protect it without causing blockages. 

This toner contains a refreshing blend of natural skin-calming ingredients that hydrate and soothe your skin, including aloe vera and witch hazel. It effectively removes any remaining makeup residue or oils that sit in your pores, giving you a clean complexion.

Directions and Commitment

Use twice daily am and pm after cleansing as part of your daily skin care routine. Pump a small amount (3-4 pumps) onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over entire face.  Allow the toner to air dry as it will work to allow maximum absorption of skin care products and improve effectiveness of the ingredients. Do not rinse.

Use as part of 12-24 week programme for full skin transformation with Obagi-C Fx or Rx kit but also usable outside of a system.

Fx system is non prescription.  Consultation with your practitioner is required for Rx prescription Obagi-C Rx system.
